PropertyZen is led by Marco (our founder), Laura (our property progression and administration manager), JP (our Senior property consultant), and Megan (our property and operations manager). Together, they bring strong local knowledge and extensive experience across sales, lettings and property management, offering clients a service that is personal, proactive and carefully managed at every stage.

Marco has a longstanding presence in the local market, combined with a trusted name and strong relationships, and has helped shape PropertyZen into an agency built on credibility, personal service and word-of-mouth recommendation.

Laura plays a central role in keeping everything moving behind the scenes. From offer agreed through to move-in and beyond, she oversees property progression, tenancy progression and administration, helping to ensure that each step is handled efficiently and that nothing gets missed along the way. Her role is key to creating a smooth journey for clients, applicants, landlords and tenants alike.

Megan focuses on the ongoing care and day-to-day management of our managed properties, as well as the service our landlords and tenants receive. She helps make sure maintenance issues are dealt with properly, inspections are carried out as they should be, and compliance responsibilities are kept on track, supporting both the business and our clients in maintaining high standards.

JP is often the face of PropertyZen for applicants, bringing a warm, approachable manner to the front end of the customer journey. As the person many applicants first meet, he plays an important role in creating a positive impression of the business and helping people feel at ease throughout the process.
